THE ORCHARD

The Orchard is a family neighborhood of 56 compact homes located in Eagle, Colorado.  The design goal was to create a traditional neighborhood that facilitated close neighbor relationships.  Simple farmhouse forms give the community a strong identity while multiple house plans offer a variety of living options.  Garages were placed behind the homes in hopes that families would spend outdoor time in their front yards and get to know their neighbors.  With the Eagle ice rink and swimming pool next door, the neighborhood has become a close-knit family community where neighbors regularly get together and share in each other's lives.  The project was completed with Fieldstone Development, LLC.
