LODGE TOWER

Located in the heart of Vail Village, this remodel breathed new life into an older 3-bedroom condo.  The project involved raising the ceiling, re-working the floor plan, changing bathrooms, and a new kitchen layout.  Our goal was to create a modern, elegant, and accessible home that satisfied the owners needs while being durable enough to be rented regularly.  The kitchen island doubles as a dining table and a new mud area is a welcome first stop for ski boots and coats.  Calming colors and great artwork help to create a beautiful vacation refuge.
